Built with Next.js and modern HTML/CSS rather than a drag-and-drop builder. That means a lighter, faster site with no monthly platform fee baked into it.

Optimised images, minimal JavaScript, fast-loading fonts. Small-business builds typically score in the 90s for performance and 100 for accessibility on Lighthouse.
SEO groundwork included.
Semantic markup, a sitemap, robots.txt, link-preview cards for sharing, and JSON-LD so search engines understand who you are. Search Console verified before we hand over.
Low-cost, managed hosting.
We host and look after the site for you on fast, reliable infrastructure for a small fee, far less than a Wix or Squarespace subscription, and with no platform lock-in. We also set up your domain and email forwarding without touching your existing mailbox.

Three fixed tiers: around £1,000 for a single-page site, £1,500 for up to five pages, and £2,500 for a full small-business site with room to grow. You'll know which one fits, and the exact number, after a 20-minute call. No hourly billing.
They're fine to start with, but you're renting a platform: a monthly fee, a site that looks like the template, and a ceiling on speed. A custom-coded site is faster, genuinely yours, and usually cheaper over a couple of years once the subscriptions add up.
Most sites are live in 3-10 days from the day we have your content. A single-pager can be done in a few days; a larger site with copywriting takes a little longer.
You don't have to touch it. Most clients leave it to us: send the change, a new price, a photo, a paragraph, and we make it for you, usually within the week, on a simple care plan (hosting plus copy updates included, new sections or rebuilds quoted separately). Prefer to manage some of it yourself, like a blog or events? We can wire in an easy editor for those. Either way you own the site, and there's no lock-in.
