The brief

Small businesses in Morocco mostly rely on a Facebook page or a Booking.com listing. They cannot afford a custom website, and template builders all produce sites that look the same. North uses AI to generate a genuinely bespoke website for each business in minutes, sold on a single low monthly subscription, with no design or development skills needed from the owner.

What we did

• Public marketing site at north.ma in English and French, explaining the product and pricing
• 4-field intake form with email verification and an optional reference website the AI uses for design inspiration
• Live generation engine that streams a complete bespoke HTML site as it is being built, with a 3-minute loading screen showing the AI writing the code in real time
• Inline Stripe checkout with Apple Pay and Google Pay support, promo codes, no separate payment page
• Customer portal with 8 tabs: setup, content, contact details, SEO, billing, analytics, and support
• Visual editor: click any text to edit it, click any image to replace it, and a built-in AI assistant (Kenza) that rewrites sections from a plain-text chat prompt
• Setup flow that collects treatments, menus, rooms, or services and rewrites them into the generated site without losing the design
• Admin dashboard for managing customers, running re-generations, managing a lead pipeline, and sending automated outreach to new prospects

What we said no to

• Templates. Every site is generated bespoke per business so no two look the same. This is the core difference from Wix and Squarespace.
• A second wait after payment. Once the customer pays, the preview they chose becomes the live site immediately. No regeneration risk.
• Multiple pricing tiers. One subscription at Euro 59/mo, everything included. Tiers create friction and confusion for non-technical owners.
• A separate marketing function. Automated lead scraping, AI-generated preview per lead, and a cold email sequence are built into the platform. Customer acquisition is part of the product.
