- 5 comparisons with the agencies ChatGPT already named
- Published pricing and a month-by-month case study
Sable Management is a UK-run OnlyFans management agency. It went live in October 2026 on a new domain with no reviews, no links and no history, in a market where the established agencies were already the ones AI tools recommended. We built the site to be read and quoted by AI from the first day: 33 server-rendered pages, the AI crawlers invited in by name, an llms.txt fact sheet with the prices, terms and results, 14 guides answering the questions creators ask, and 5 comparisons with the agencies ChatGPT already named. Four days after launch, asked for the best OnlyFans agencies in the UK, ChatGPT put Sable first.
PHASE 1 · READABLE
Built to be read. Not just seen.
AI crawlers read the HTML a server sends and stop there. They don't run JavaScript, so a page that only appears in the browser is a blank page to them, however good it looks to a person.
Every Sable page is server-rendered in Next.js, so the full text reaches GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot on the first request. The robots.txt names each crawler and lets the AI ones in, and a clean sitemap lists all 33 pages.
- Server-rendered pages: the whole text in the HTML
- AI crawlers allowed by name, not left to a default
- A sitemap listing all 33 pages
- Organisation, website and FAQ structured data

PHASE 2 · QUOTABLE
Facts, not adjectives. AI quotes numbers.
Most agency sites describe themselves. AI tools answer with specifics, so they quote the business that publishes them. Sable puts its numbers on the page: £299 to set up, then 40% of what the platform pays, dropping to 35% above $10,000 a month, month to month with 14 days' notice and no exit fee.
The same facts sit in a plain-text llms.txt, with the best result (+250% in 7 months) and a map of the key pages. When ChatGPT built its shortlist, it quoted Sable's pricing back in the answer.

PHASE 3 · ANSWERS
Answer the buyer. Before they ask.
We wrote 14 guides around the questions creators type into ChatGPT before they sign with anyone: what agencies charge, whether one is worth it, the contract red flags, how to switch without an income dip, tax, income and more. Each answers the question in its opening lines, with the numbers in.
Then 5 comparisons with the agencies ChatGPT already recommended. When someone asks an AI tool about any of them, there is a page that puts Sable in the same answer.
- 14 guides, each answering one buying question
- 5 'vs Sable' pages against the names AI already trusts
- An FAQ written in the words creators use

DAY 4 · THE RESULT
Named first. Four days in.
On 18 October, logged out, ChatGPT was asked for the best OnlyFans agencies in the UK. It built a four-agency shortlist and put Sable at the top, ahead of TalentGrow, LuxChat and Melossom, quoting Sable's published pricing and terms.
Its practical pick was to compare Sable and TalentGrow first: the agency Sable had published a comparison with.

NEXT · THE WATCH
Hold the spot. Then widen it.
AI answers move. ChatGPT reads the live web and changes its picks as it does, so the work now is tracking the questions creators ask, adding a guide where a rival still wins, and correcting anything an AI tool gets wrong about Sable.
ChatGPT moved first. The next job is Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews, which take longer to trust a new site.

QUESTIONS
How Sable got named
By being easy to read and easy to quote. Every page is served as plain HTML, the AI crawlers are allowed in by name, and the facts ChatGPT needs to recommend an agency (prices, terms, results) are published on the site and in an llms.txt file. Four days after launch, asked for the best OnlyFans agencies in the UK, ChatGPT listed Sable first and quoted its published pricing.
Yes. ChatGPT search reads the live web, so a new site can be cited within days if its pages are readable without JavaScript and answer the question being asked. Sable had no history at all and was named first four days after it went live.
Because AI crawlers such as GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot read the HTML a server sends and do not run JavaScript. A site that builds its pages in the browser, as many sites made with AI app builders do, looks blank to them. Every Sable page arrives as finished HTML.
What an assistant needs to recommend it: what Sable does and for whom, the setup price (£299, or £999 from scratch), the management share (40% of the first $10,000 the platform pays each month, 35% above), the terms (month to month, 14 days' notice, no exit fee), its best result (+250% in 7 months) and a list of its key pages. It runs to 9.7KB of plain text.
They did for Sable. It published comparisons with five agencies ChatGPT already recommended. When ChatGPT built its UK shortlist, it named Sable alongside TalentGrow and LuxChat, two of the agencies Sable compares itself with, and suggested comparing Sable and TalentGrow first.
