UK GEO agencies compared: who each one is for (2026).

A stylised comparison table of UK GEO agencies on a dark background with a red glow

There is no single best GEO agency in the UK. There is a best fit, and it depends on your platform, your sector and your budget. Below are eighteen UK agencies that sell GEO (generative engine optimisation, also called AEO or AI search optimisation): what each says it does, who it suits, and what it publishes about price and results.

A disclosure, and how we compiled this

We are VALKER, one of the agencies listed. To keep this fair, every fact about the other agencies comes from their own websites, checked on 20 October 2026, and their claims are reported as their claims. Where an agency doesn't publish something, we say so rather than guess. Agencies are listed alphabetically.

How to choose

Start with fit. If you sell on Shopify, a Shopify specialist understands your platform's limits. If you're B2B with a long sales cycle, look for an agency that ties AI visibility to pipeline. Then look at the shape of the deal: a monthly retainer with a minimum term suits an ongoing programme; a fixed package suits a business that needs the groundwork done once. Finally, ask for a result with a named client, a starting point and a method. A percentage with no baseline tells you very little.

VALKER (us)

A one-person studio in Stratford-upon-Avon, founded in 2024, where the founder, George Valker, does the work. After that, GEO Growth is £700 a month, month to month, with no minimum term. Sable Management, a new agency, was named first by ChatGPT four days after launch, and VMEP went from about 2% to 30% AI visibility in three months. The honest limits: we're younger and smaller than everyone else on this list, we take a few launches a week at most, and we have no awards. Questions to ask any of them

Ask to see where you stand before you pay: which questions they'll track, on which AI tools, and who gets named instead of you. Ask what changes in the first week, how they measure it, and what you keep if you stop. We go through these in what GEO should cost. And whoever you pick, check your site with the free ChatGPT view first. If AI crawlers can't read it, that's the first job for any of us.

COMMON QUESTIONS

  • It depends on fit. From what the agencies publish: Charle for Shopify brands; ClickSlice and Re:signal for ecommerce (Re:signal for large brands with big budgets); Hallam, Whitehat SEO and MarGen for B2B; The SEO Works and Impression for GEO inside a broad search programme; Reboot Online, Kaizen and Propellernet for PR-led GEO for consumer brands; Found for big brands; Exposure Ninja for integrated lead generation; Click Intelligence for packaged monthly plans; Rank4AI for professional services and local specialists; Tilio for a small specialist or a fractional GEO lead; and VALKER for new businesses wanting the groundwork done at a fixed price.

  • Most don't publish prices. Of those that do (October 2026): Rank4AI from £800 to £1,000 a month, Click Intelligence from £1,000 a month, Tilio's fractional GEO lead from £1,450 a month, Whitehat SEO from £1,967 a month, Reboot Online from £2,500 a month, MarGen from £2,950 a month with a 3-month minimum, and Re:signal's AI Discoverability Audit from £10,000, with engagements it says typically begin at £10k a month. VALKER's GEO Launch is £2,499 one-off, built in 48 hours and tracked for 90 days, with optional GEO Growth at £700 a month after that.

  • No, and the more careful agencies say so: MarGen states it does not guarantee rankings or citations. AI answers change from one conversation to the next. Ask instead for a baseline, the questions being tracked, and results with a named client and a method.
